Terms of Service

Welcome to Rishat Tadwin — your trusted platform for digital services, government errands, and document printing in Saudi Arabia. By using the platform or any of its services (including 'Raje' for government errands and 'Risha & Hibr' for document printing and pickup), you agree to these Terms of Service. This document is a legally binding agreement between you and Rishat Tadwin. If you do not agree to any of its clauses, please do not use the platform.

• 'Platform' — the Rishat Tadwin website, apps, and related services. • 'Customer' — anyone using the platform to order services. • 'Provider' — any person or entity registered on the platform to offer services (digital freelancer, government-errand runner, or print shop). • 'Digital services' — freelance work such as design, writing, translation, development, etc. • 'Raje' — delegation of government-office errands on the customer's behalf. • 'Risha & Hibr' — document printing and pickup at certified print shops. • 'Order' — a service request created by a customer and fulfilled by a provider with an offer. • 'Account' — a registered user account under any role (customer, provider, or both).

1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. 2. You must provide accurate information at signup and verify your identity via OTP. 3. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. 4. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 5. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. 6. A single account may hold multiple roles (customer and provider).

The platform offers three service types: • Digital services (freelance): design, writing, translation, software development, and more. • Raje: authorize a trusted provider to handle government errands on your behalf. • Risha & Hibr: print your documents and pick them up at the nearest certified print shop. By using any of these services, you agree to: • Not use the platform for unlawful purposes. • Provide accurate, authentic information and documents. • Treat providers with respect and professionalism. • Not contact providers outside the platform to complete transactions. • Not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable regulations.

1. All prices are in Saudi Riyal unless otherwise stated. 2. Payment is made in advance via available methods (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or wallet). 3. Escrow: funds are held in the platform wallet until delivery is accepted. 4. Platform commission is deducted when funds are released to the provider. 5. Prices vary by service and provider offers; subject to change on new orders.

• Customers may cancel and receive a full refund if the provider has not started work. • If cancelled after work begins, a prorated refund is issued based on completed portion. • Customers may request free revisions if the result does not match the agreed spec. • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. • No refunds are issued after the customer's final acceptance of delivery. • In disputes, the platform team reviews and decides.

Providers (freelancers, errand runners, print shops) must: 1. Provide accurate information and documents at signup and pass verification. 2. Keep customer data and documents confidential and only use them for the ordered service. 3. Deliver services on time and at the agreed quality. 4. Not contact customers outside the platform to bypass payment. 5. Pay the agreed platform commission on every completed order. 6. Comply with applicable Saudi regulations, especially for 'Raje' (government-errand) services.

• The platform is a technical intermediary connecting customers and providers; not a direct party to service execution. • The platform is not liable for the quality of services delivered by providers but strives to maintain high standards. • The platform mediates disputes in good faith but is not legally bound by mediation outcomes. • The platform is not liable for damages from misuse of documents or service outcomes. • In all cases, platform liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service.

• All IP rights of Rishat Tadwin (design, brand, logo, source code) are reserved. • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform content. • Customers retain ownership of their original documents and content. • Ownership of deliverables (designs, text, translations, etc.) transfers to the customer after full payment and acceptance.

We may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice in the following cases: • Violation of any clause of these terms. • Providing false or misleading information at signup or during use. • Using the platform for purposes contrary to laws and regulations. • Damaging the platform's reputation or other users' experience. • Non-payment or attempts to defraud or bypass the escrow system. • Repeated attempts to contact providers or customers outside the platform.

• We may modify these terms at any time as required by business or regulations. • Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notifications. • Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes implied acceptance. • You can always view the latest version of these terms on this page.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and construed accordingly. • Any disputes arising from use of the platform are referred to competent authorities and courts in the kingdom. • Amicable resolution via negotiation and mediation is preferred before litigation.
